Why I started Hope West’s Cleaning Services
I started this business because I value the feeling of a clean space, and wanted other people to know that feeling without having to do it themselves. The idea of entrepreneurship was always tugging at my heart, and it was reinforced during my early nannying jobs. I saw how hard parents were working and simultaneously how quickly children could make a mess of a clean space, no matter how much effort was made to keep it neat. So, I strived to keep their homes tidy during the day and completely cleaned up at the end of my shifts because I saw what a difference it made in their days.
We spend so much of our days split between home and work. That’s why I’m passionate about residential and commercial cleaning, and my team is, too! When a space looks and feels the best it can, the vibe is so much better!

No—my crew arrives fully equipped with our own products and any professional tools needed. If you have specific products you prefer, simply let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in advance.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We strive to be a flexible team, but we are a busy team. We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, and will accommodate one reschedule for a single scheduled cleaning.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, we love your pets and are happy to clean around your furry friends! Please inform us about any animals on-site so we can plan a stress-free experience for them and our staff.
